Our Family Portrait Day is a great way to raise funds for your church organizations. We are committed to helping church organizations evangelize and raise capital to further their mission. To help you, we will work with you to design an event to help you reach your goal.
How Does the Family Portrait Fundraiser Work?
The family portrait fundraising process is very simple to complete. Your church organization simply sells portrait certificates for a digital family portrait in return. Each certificate is sold for $20. Our professional team will travel to your location on your selected portrait date(s) and photograph the families that have purchased certificates for the portrait special. There is no limit on the number of certificates that may be sold per household.
We will take extra photos of you and your family that you will be able to view and have the option to purchase the same day.
How Much Money Can We Raise?
How does at least $1,000 sound? You set the amount you want to raise, and we will help you reach your goal. Churches that sell more than 100 certificates and 50% of the families complete their in-person portrait session will receive the full dollar amount of certificates sold. If the sales goal isn’t reached, the organization will receive 75% of the dollar amount of the certificates sold.

It costs nothing to start; simply complete the application below and schedule a consultation.
Once approved, start selling your certificates to members of your community and advertise your event. Collect the money and return it to your coordinators.
Schedule (2) portrait dates. Your portrait dates should be about 2 weeks after you start selling certificates. On the scheduled photography date(s), we will come to your location and take portraits of every family scheduled to be photographed and sell each family a portrait collection of their portraits. Sessions are comprised of 4 to 5 Images.

What is the maximum amount of people who can be in the portrait? 10-member family; 6-member families are ideal.
What if I can't make the Family Portrait date? We will contact you about a makeup date so that you will have a chance to get our portraits taken.
Will we be able to order print packages? Yes. Print packages will be available to order on the day of the event and maiiled to the organization for distribution.
Will we be able to purchase digital images instead of prints? Yes. Digital images will be available.
Will we just have one pose or multiple poses? Multiple poses will be captured, and you can choose which ones you want or choose all of them.
Will we have an appointment for our family session? Yes, you will be scheduled for an appointment time prior to the day of the event.
What color will the backdrop be? White; unless there is a request for a different color by the sponsoring organization. White gives a neutral look and can be used year round, especially if you plan to use your images on greeting/holiday cards.
Can I buy more than one $20 certificate for my family? Yes.
